Baseball Camp Registration

Please fill out the following form to enroll as a camper in The Big League Experience Baseball Camp. A $150 (CDN or US) non-refundable deposit is required to register. Registration and your spot in camp will not be completed and secured until payment has been received.

A Release of Liability form will have to be signed by each camper's parent or guardian prior to their participation at camp.

Full payment for camp must be received 2 weeks prior to camp start date or you risk losing you spot in the selected camp as well as your $150 Non-Refundable deposit.

	$325 CDN + GST ( PNC ID/Prospect Camp camp )
	$575 CDN + GST ( 9 - 12 camp )
	$675 CDN + GST (11 - 13, 13 - 15, 15+ camp)
