Former BLE baseball camp attendee, Shane Dawson of Drayton Valley, Alberta was taken in the 17th Round of the MLB draft by the Toronto Bluejays. Shane a 6′ LHP attended camp in 2009. Shane currently plays for the Prairie Baseball Academy in Alberta. We congratulate Shane and his family and wish him all the very best in reaching for his dream to play in the Big Leagues.
